If you are an individual user, you need to enter the correct APN
(Access Point Name) settings, which differ based on your wireless
carrier provider, and which are needed for all 3rd party BlackBerry
communication applications.
- Where is the APN: on most of the devices it is in Options/TCP.
On 7100 BlackBerry devices it is in Tools/Settings/TCP. On 8700
BlackBerry devices is in Settings/Options/Advanced Options/TCP.
- What should I enter as username and password: leave them blank
if no information is provided.
- What should I do after I change the APN: Some wireless carriers
provide alternative APN settings. Try with each one of the given
entries. Save the APN and hard reset the device by removing and
reinserting the battery before trying to connect with Webmessenger.
If none of them work for you, please contact your mobile provider.
To our users: we will appreciate if you help us improve and extend
the APN list below, so please e-mail us at contact@webmessenger.com with
additional or corrected APN settings you might have .
Choose your country of location and get your Access Point Name settings.
